Refund Eligibility:<\/strong> We strive to ensure the satisfaction of our clients with our website design services. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The client cancels the project before work has commenced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client is dissatisfied with the initial design concepts and requests a refund before the revision stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Non-Refundable Deposits:<\/strong> All initial deposits are non-refundable. This is to cover the costs associated with project initiation, including but not limited to administrative expenses and initial design consultations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Refund Process:<\/strong> To request a refund, the client must submit a written request via email to info@casaslh.com within 10 days of the occurrence that warrants the refund. The request should include a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Refund Review:<\/strong> Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the circumstances do not align with our refund policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Partial Refunds:<\/strong> In some cases, a partial refund may be offered based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Refunds for Completed Projects:<\/strong> Once a project is completed and the final payment is received, no refunds will be issued. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues to ensure client satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Chargebacks:<\/strong> Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with PMDigital Web Design will result in a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Changes to Refund Policy:<\/strong> PMDigital Web Design reserves the right to update and modify this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By engaging PMDigital Web Design for website design services, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Refund Policy.
